After all, she was a physical therapist.

It was frustrating. I didn’t want to go back to the diet center. I just couldn’t bear the thought of all those weekly weigh-ins. And honestly I didn’t really have the time.

Right about this time, I discovered self hypnosis. There I was at a stage show with my husband, D.J.  It was a lot of fun watching people talk like aliens and forgetting how to say the alphabet.  When the hypnotist pointed out that hypnosis could be used for other things…I was hooked.
